Musgrave SuperValu-Centra has announced that it is on target to reach almost €100m in wine sales for 2006.

SuperValu and Centra hold a 16% share of the off-licence wine market in Ireland. Some 175 SuperValu stores nationwide provide off licence facilities with 200 Centra stores offering off licence facilities.

Recent figures from the Wine Development Board of Ireland indicated that the Irish wine market is growing by approximately 4% annually.
