First Internet Only Wine Shows High Sales Potential

THE FIRST INTERNET ONLY WINE FROM CAMERON HUGHES

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. Oct. 25 - - Cameron Hughes Wine, a leading negociant wine company sourcing super premium ‘Lot’ wines and RadCru.com, the online marketing engine for artisan wines and wineries are joining together to launch Cameron Hughes Wine, Lot 17, 2004 Sierra Foothills Barbera, for an Internet only promotion on the RadCru.com website at 12 a.m. November 6, 2006 and to be available for one full week or until supply runs out. Any remaining wine will be available on the Cameron Hughes site starting November 13, 2006.

Cameron Hughes, known for bringing extreme deals on super premium wine to the market through leading wine retailer Costco, decided to release all of Lot 17, 2004 Sierra Foothills Barbera directly through the online channel in partnership with RadCru.com for two reasons: 1) limited supply, and 2) the ability to sell to a broader base of vetted wine customers using the Internet channel.

“We believe that the Internet is one of the most efficient places to sell and distribute wine. Customers benefit since there is no expensive middlemen markup and in this special case, do not have to pay for shipping.” Said Cameron Hughes, founder of Cameron Hughes Wine. “We are thrilled to launch this wine with RadCru.com – one of the most innovative online wine marketers in the business today.”

The main component in Lot 17 is sourced from a high-altitude (2500 ft) vineyard selling juice under another “Grand Reserve” label for $40 a bottle. Fourteen months in new French oak with big purple fruit, black cherry and violet aromas that hit you up front and keep going to the long finish with aromas of cinnamon and dusty spice. This is a winner!

Only 500 cases produced all to be sold only via the Internet.

The promotion will be launched 12 a.m. on November 6, 2006 by email. To get on the email list, go to RadCru’s Website, www.radcru.com and sign-up.
