The daunting task of putting this tome together was handled by Romi Boom, editor for the fifth consecutive year, who is obviously getting to know the nuts and bolts of this industry like few others. “The wine industry keeps evolving,” she says, “and therein lies the challenge – to convey this information in an accessible format.
